Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching
Learn what and when to eat, how to deal with stress, improve sleep, recover better, hydrate properly, have better digestion and many other tools that will make you look and feel great.
Distance/online coaching (private, semi private or group)
Using different technologies the client is coached in exercise and/or nutrition and lifestyle, I deal for the person that wants change and progression with their programming but doesn’t have the time for weekly meetings or need constant supervision. You get the same services (exercise coaching, program designs, assessment and online/phone support) and results.
Program design (includes 1 month personal web site usage)
Using the latest technology you will have your personal url that only we can access. There you will find your workout routines with sets, reps, speed of repetitions, video clips of the exercises and capability to print all the information.
Biomechanical assessment
60 min of various tests on: posture, gait, muscle tension, functional strength, flexibility, stability and mobility of hips, shoulders and spine are all tested, as well as abdominal function and strength. Any types of biomechanical imbalances or red flags that would not permit exercising or changes in programming will come up with this comprehensive assessment.
At the end you get a report explaining what areas are to be addressed.
Yoga (private, semi private or group)
A series of body weight exercises, used by many as a means to increase flexibility or a form of dynamic meditation among other benefits.
Pilates (private, semi private or group)
Strengthening and stretching exercises performed slowly that help with posture and core conditioning among other benefits.
Group exercise (private, semi private or group)
The same classes that you have in your big box gym, delivered by the best instructors at the convenience of your location: muscle conditioning, boot camp, latin dance, martial arts, step, box exercise and many more.
FLAG (Fat Loss Accountability Group)
The name says it all: a group of people trying to help each other using the services of a coach and the internet to share questions, support and resources in a private setting.
Seminars
From 30 min to day long presentations that will educate without boring you. At the end you have all your questions answered and practical tools too implement your new knowledge.
